  • Histologically confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma.
  • Tumor biopsy demonstrating pMMR (all four mismatch repair proteins-MSH1, MSH2, MSH6, and PMS2-positive by immunohistochemistry) or genetic testing confirming MSS (microsatellite stable).
