What we collect

Your search details - the condition or treatment you look for and your location (city or postal code), so we can find recruiting trials near you.
Optional details you enter - age, sex at birth, and any notes you add to improve matching. You choose what to share.
Account info - your email (verified) and display name, if you create an account.
Application details - the answers and any documents you submit when you apply to a specific trial.

Why we collect it

To match you to relevant recruiting trials, let you track your applications, and - only after you apply to a study - let that study's team contact you about it. Trial information itself comes from the public ClinicalTrials.gov registry.

Who sees your information

We share your contact and application details with a study team only for a trial you chose to apply to. We don't share your details with a study you didn't apply to.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Emails from us only ever go to your own verified account email.

Your choices

Trial alerts are off by default. You turn them on, tune them, or delete them anytime.
You can withdraw an application at any time from My applications.
To access or delete your data, email us at the address below.

Keeping it safe

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), sign-in is protected, and we limit access to what's needed to run the service. No online service can promise perfect security, so please only share what you're comfortable sharing.
