- Increased upper thoracic spine kyphosis
- Craniovertebral angle CVA of \< 52°
You likely can't join if
- Cervical radiculopathy
- Neurological deficit
- Previous surgery of cervical or thoracic spine
- Spondylolisthesis
- Spinal stenosis
- Rheumatoid arthritis
