- The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if omega-3 fatty acid supplements (n-3 PUFAs) can help reduce inflammation and promote intestinal healing in adults newly diagnosed with celiac disease (CD). Celiac disease is a chronic autoimmune disorder where eating gluten-a protein found in wheat-triggers an immune response that damages the lining of the small intestine.
