- Pain lasting longer than 3 months,
- Consequences resulting from long-term pain (such as decreased physical activity, sleep disturbances, fatigue, low mood, etc.)

- Surgery that occurred less than 3 months prior
- Fracture or limb trauma that occurred less than 3 months prior
