- Adult patient (aged 18 or over)
- Patient consulting the gynecological emergency department at Créteil Hospital for
- Known endometriosis or
- Symptoms suggestive of endometriosis: dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain, cyclic dysuria, dyspareunia, cyclic dyschezia, infertility, rectal bleeding, chest...
- Patient who speaks French and is able to understand the information sheet

- Other reason for consultation
- Patient refusal
- Patient not affiliated with a social security system
- Patient cannot be contacted for the 3-months questionnaire
