- ≤ 48-hours duration

- Congenital heart disease
- Children with chronic respiratory illnesses i.e. Asthma, post tuberculosis bronchiectasis and cystic fibrosis
- Immunosuppressed i.e. primary immune deficiency, malignancy, on steroid therapy
