- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I or II

- Coagulation disorders or anticoagulant therapy.

- Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction.

- Chronic opioid use or psychiatric illness interfering with pain assessment.
- Conversion to open surgery or intraoperative complications requiring re-exploration.
