- Women aged 18 or older undergoing non-emergent cesarean delivery with primary neuraxial (epidural, spinal, or CSE) anesthesia. Eligible patients will...

- We will exclude patients who require induction of general anesthesia prior to umbilical cord clamping and by clinician determination.
