Recruiting PHASE2 Follicular Helper T-Cell Lymphoma

New treatment option for Follicular Helper T-Cell Lymphoma

Official title Duvelisib Maintenance for the Treatment of Peripheral T-Cell Lymphomas

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07293403

What this study is testing

What is Duvelisib?

Duvelisib is an investigational medicine, given as an once-daily pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for follicular helper t-cell lymphoma.

Also referred to as 8-Chloro-2-phenyl-3-((1S)-1-(7H-purin-6-ylamino)ethyl)isoquinolin-1(2H)-one, Copiktra.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This phase II trial tests how well duvelisib works as treatment that is given to help keep cancer from coming back after it has disappeared following the initial therapy (maintenance) for patients with peripheral T-cell lymphomas. Duvelisib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors.
  • Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
  • Time commitment: about 5 years
