- Patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgeries under general anesthesia.

- Bleeding or coagulation disorders.
- Having local sepsis, pre-existing.
- Peripheral neuropathies.
- Chronic pain conditions.
- Having any contraindication to regional anesthesia administration.
- Opioid dependency.

- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
