Recruiting NA Lymphoma

Compares treatment options for Lymphoma

Official title Reduced-Dose Apixaban and Rivaroxaban Versus Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin in Patients With Hematologic Malignancies

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07270263

What this study is testing

What is Apixaban?

Apixaban is an investigational medicine, given as an once-daily injection under the skin, being studied as a potential treatment for lymphoma.

Also referred to as Eliquis, Poltixa.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This study investigates the efficacy and safety of direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) in comparison with standard low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) for the prevention of venous thromboembolism in patients with hematological malignancies. Eligible participants will be randomized to receive reduced-dose apixaban, reduced-dose rivaroxaban, or standard-dose LMWH.
