- Patients required to double lumen tube insertion for thoracic surgery
- ASA PS 1, 2, 3

- BMI \<18.5 or 35.0
- history of airway surgery
- suspicious of high aspiration risk
- Pathology in oropharynx or larynx such as tumor, poly, or inflammation
