Official title A Phase I Clinical Study Evaluating the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic Characteristics, and Preliminary Efficacy of SXRN Injection in Patients With Cancer Cachexia
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07231120
What this study is testing
What is SXRN Injection?
SXRN Injection is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for cachexia-anorexia syndrome.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- This is a clinical study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of SXRN Injection in cancer patients with anorexia-cachexia. Phase Ia employs a single-arm, open-label, dose-escalation design.
- Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
