You may be able to join if
- 50 to 80 years old
- have not completed their annual screening for lung cancer
- have a 20 pack-year smoking history
- currently smoke or have quit within the past 15 years
- speak English and/or Spanish

- being up-to-date on their annual lung cancer screening
