  • Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty under spinal anesthesia
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) status I-III
  • Patients who give informed consent

  • Daily opioid consumption \> 1 month
  • Allergy to local anesthetics
  • Neurological problems of the lower extremity
