Recruiting PHASE1 Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Tests treatment safety and results for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Official title Safety and Proof-of-Concept Study of RPT1G in Adults With Acute Myeloid Leukemia and High-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07107126

What this study is testing

What is RPT1G?

RPT1G is an investigational medicine, given as a pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for acute myeloid leukemia.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
The main goals of this study are to learn if RPT1G is safe and tolerable and to determine the best dose and schedule of RPT1G for patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and high-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).
  • Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
