New treatment option for B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Official title Epcoritamab With Dose Adjusted Etoposide, Cyclophosphamide, Vincristine, Doxorubicin, Prednisone and Rituximab (EPOCH-R) for the Treatment of Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07097363
What this study is testing
What is Cyclophosphamide?
Cyclophosphamide is an investigational medicine, given as an once-daily injection under the skin, being studied as a potential treatment for b-cell non-hodgkin lymphoma.
Also referred to as (-)-Cyclophosphamide, 2H-1,3,2-Oxazaphosphorine, 2-[bis(2-chloroethyl)amino]tetrahydro-, 2-oxide, monohydrate.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- This phase II trial tests the safety, best dose, and effectiveness of epcoritamab when given with etoposide, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, prednisone and rituximab (EPOCH-R) for the treatment of patients with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Epcoritamab is a bispecific antibody that can bind to two different antigens at the same time.
- Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
- Time commitment: about 5 years
