- A VAS score of ≥4 cm for the past three consecutive menstrual cycles
- Regular monthly menstruation
- No history of allergies or psychological/gynecological illnesses
- Absence of secondary dysmenorrhea
- No current use of any medications

- Pregnant
- Breastfeeding
