Recruiting PHASE2 Sarcoma

New treatment option for Sarcoma

Official title A Study of Pembrolizumab in People With Ultra-Rare Sarcomas

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT07089992

What this study is testing

What is Pembrolizumab?

Pembrolizumab is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for sarcoma.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
The purpose of the study is to find out if pembrolizumab is a useful treatment that causes few or mild side effects in people with ultra-rare sarcoma. The researchers will also study how the immune system responds to the study treatment.
  • Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
