  • Uncontrolled hypertension despite antihypertensive therapy, defined as:Systolic blood pressure (SBP) \>150 mmHg OR Diastolic blood pressure (DBP) \>95 mmHg.
  • Active cardiac disease or history of cardiac dysfunction
