Effective treatment consists of pharmacotherapy or psychological treatment based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and these treatment options are recommended in clinical guidelines, with CBT as the first-line treatment for anxiety disorders.

Who can take part
Ages 18 and older
You may be able to join if
- 18 years of age or older
- A principal (most interfering and/or severe) diagnosis of GAD, SAD or PTSD
- If on pharmacological treatment, no change in dose during the last six weeks
- Ability to read and speak Swedish
You likely can't join if
- A current diagnosis of psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, neurocognitive disorder, or moderate to severe substance use disorder
- Acute risk of suicide
- Simultaneous psychological treatment
