Compares treatment options for Lymphoma, Large B-Cell, Diffuse
Official title A Clinical Study of Zilovertamab Vedotin (MK-2140) Plus Rituximab Plus Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, and Prednisone (R-CHP) Versus Polatuzumab Vedotin Plus R-CHP in People With Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) (MK-2140-011/waveLINE-011)
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06890884
What this study is testing
What is Zilovertamab vedotin?
Zilovertamab vedotin is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for lymphoma, large b-cell, diffuse.
Also referred to as MK-2140, VLS-101.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- Researchers are looking for ways to treat germinal center B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (GCB DLBCL). DLBCL is a fast-growing blood cancer that affects B-cells.
- Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
A plain-language read of the study's public ClinicalTrials.gov listing. The study team confirms the details.
