Recruiting PHASE1 Solid Tumor

New treatment option for Solid Tumor

Official title PIN in Combination With Anti-PD1 in Previously Treated Solid Tumor

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06883149

What this study is testing

What is PIN +anti-PD1?

PIN +anti-PD1 is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for solid tumor.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
In this single-center,open-label, phase I study, the safety and efficacy of PIN in combination with programmed cell death protein antibody (anti-PD1) therapeutic regimen will be evaluated in patients with late-stage advanced solid tumors . A total of 20 to 30 patients are planned to be enrolled and receive PIN plus anti-PD1 combined treatment.
