The primary objectives are to assess differences in operative duration, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative complications in patients undergoing bilateral laparoscopic adnexectomy performed with standard laparoscopy versus MiniLap.

- Patients undergoing prophylactic bilateral adnexectomy via laparoscopic surgery.
