Recruiting PHASE1, PHASE2 B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma

New treatment option for B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma

Official title CD19 & CD22 Bispecific CAR T Cells in the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory B Cell Hematologic Tumors

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06735495

What this study is testing

What is CD19&CD22 bispecific CAR-T cells?

CD19&CD22 bispecific CAR-T cells is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for b-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This study is a multi-center, open, prospective single-arm clinical study of patients with relapsed / refractory B cell hematological tumors to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CD19 \& CD22 bispecific CAR-T cells in relapsed / refractory B cell hematological tumors while collecting pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics indicators of CAR-T cells.
  • Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
