Who can take part
Ages 18 to 59
You may be able to join if
- men and women aged between 18 and 59 years;
- presence of low back pain for at least 12 weeks;
- have started regular CrossFit® activity at least 3 months ago.
You likely can't join if
- perform other physical activity than CrossFit®;
- continuous use of painkillers;
- previous pathologies or spinal surgery;
- amputations;
- haematological disorders;
- fibromyalgia;
