- Patients in emergency department that have indication for conventional intubation
- Age \> 18 yr
You likely can't join if
- Patient who undergo RSI
- Patient who falls in cardiac arrest airway algorithm
- Patient who is currently pregnancy
- Known allergy to lidocaine
