- Being aged 18 or over.
- Smoking at least 10 cigarettes per day.

- Being currently receiving other psychological or pharmacological treatment for smoking cessation.
- Being diagnosed with substance use disorder or severe psychiatric disorder.
- Active suicidal ideation.
