Recruiting PHASE1 Mesothelin Positive

New treatment option for Mesothelin Positive

Official title A Study of Mesothelin-Targeted CAR T-Cell Therapy in People With Esophagogastric Cancer

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06623396

What this study is testing

What is M28z1XXPD1DNR CAR?

M28z1XXPD1DNR CAR is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for mesothelin positive.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
Participants will have a sample of their white blood cells, called T cells, collected using a procedure called leukapheresis. The collected T cells will be sent to a laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering to be changed (modified) to become MSLN-targeted CAR T cells, the CAR T-cell therapy that participants will receive during the study.
  • Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
