- Elevated score on Social Interactions Anxiety Scale (SIAS) \> 26

- Current psychotherapeutic/psychiatric treatment
- Plans to start psychotherapeutic/psychiatric treatment in upcoming weeks
- Current suicidal intent
- Severe cardiovascular, respiratory or neurological diseases
