What this study is testing
What is HSK42360?
HSK42360 is an investigational medicine, given as a pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for solid tumors.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- This is a phase I, open-label, dose-escalation and expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK and PD of HSK42360 when given orally in patients with active BRAF V600 mutation locally advanced or metastatic Solid Tumors.
- Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
