Recruiting PHASE2 Lymphoma

New treatment option for Lymphoma

Official title Epcoritamab in Patients With Follicular Lymphoma Not Accomplishing a CR With Upfront Chemoimmunotherapy

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06510361

What this study is testing

What is Epcoritamab?

Epcoritamab is an investigational medicine, given as an injection under the skin, being studied as a potential treatment for lymphoma.

Also referred to as DuoBody-CD3xCD20, GEN3013.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This research is being done to see if epcoritamab is effective in treating follicular lymphoma as a second line of treatment. The name of the study drug in this research study is: -Epcoritamab (a type of antibody)
  • Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
