Recruiting PHASE1 Recurrent Multiple Myeloma

New treatment option for Recurrent Multiple Myeloma

Official title Testing Teclistamab (TECVAYLI) in Combination With Iberdomide for Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06465316

What this study is testing

What is Iberdomide?

Iberdomide is an investigational medicine, given as an once-daily injection under the skin, being studied as a potential treatment for recurrent multiple myeloma.

Also referred to as CC 220, CC-220.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This phase Ib trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of iberdomide in combination with teclistamab in treating multiple myeloma that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory). Iberdomide is a medication that belongs to a group of drugs known as cereblon E3 ligase modulators.
  • Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
  • Time commitment: about 4 years
