Ephedrine-P is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for hypotension drug-induced.

Ages 18 to 80

You may be able to join if

  • ASA I-III, age 18-80 years
  • Elective abdominal surgery
  • Signed informed consent

You likely can't join if

  • ASA≥IV
  • Preoperative unstable blood hemodynamics
  • Allergy to ephedrine, phenylephrine or norepinephrine
  • Decrease in MAP \<20%
  • Severe cardiovascular disorder
