- Adult patients aged 18-55 years.

- Underlying rheumatic, malignant, metabolic, hematological, or neurological disorders.
- Patients with bleeding disorders or receiving anticoagulants.

- Patients with BMI ≤ 18 or ≥ 35.
- Pregnant or lactating women.
