What this study is testing

What is Actinium Ac 225-DOTA-Daratumumab?

Actinium Ac 225-DOTA-Daratumumab is an investigational medicine, given as an once-weekly infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Also referred to as 225Ac-DOTA-Daratumumab, [225Ac]-DOTA-Daratumumab.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, best dose, and effectiveness of 225Ac-DOTA-Anti-CD38 daratumumab monoclonal antibody in combination with fludarabine, melphalan and total marrow and lymphoid irradiation (TMLI) as conditioning treatment for donor stem cell transplant in patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Daratumumab is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies.
