- Being between the ages of 18-30
- Being an amateur athlete
You likely can't join if
- Hypermobility
- History of hamstring injury in the last 6 months
- Diagnosed orthopedic problems
- Surgery in the lower extremity or spine
- Back pain
- Presence of systemic or neurological disorders
