Official title Phase 2 Randomized Trial of Flexible Dosing Schedule of 177Lu-PSMA-617 for the Treatment of Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (FLEX-MRT)
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06216249
What this study is testing
What is Lutetium Lu 177 Vipivotide Tetraxetan?
Lutetium Lu 177 Vipivotide Tetraxetan is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for prostate carcinoma.
Also referred to as 177Lu-labeled PSMA-617, 177Lu-PSMA-617.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- In advanced metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) progressing after chemotherapy and androgen receptor (AR)-targeted therapy 177Lu-PSMA-617 is an effective treatment. 177Lu-PSMA-617 RLT is administered with a fixed schedule: 6 treatment cycles, administered every 6 weeks.
