- Histological or cytological examination confirmed recurrence or metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma;
- Patients who have not previously received systemic treatment for recurrent or metastatic diseases (For patients who have previously received induction chemotherapy, adjuvant chemotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy...
