Tests treatment safety and results for Locally Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma
Official title Safety and Anti-Tumor Activity of TYRA-200 in Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma With Activating FGFR2 Gene Alterations
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06160752
What this study is testing
What is Phase 1 Part A - dose escalation TYRA-200 taken once daily by mouth in 28-day cycles?
Phase 1 Part A - dose escalation TYRA-200 taken once daily by mouth in 28-day cycles is an investigational medicine, given as a pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for locally advanced cholangiocarcinoma.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of TYRA-200 in cancers with FGFR2 activating gene alterations, including unresectable locally advanced/metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and other advanced solid tumors.
