Recruiting PHASE3 Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

New treatment option for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

Official title A Study of First-Line Olomorasib (LY3537982) and Pembrolizumab With or Without Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced KRAS G12C-Mutant Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06119581

What this study is testing

What is LY3537982?

LY3537982 is an investigational medicine, given as a pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for carcinoma, non-small-cell lung.

Also referred to as Olomorasib.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
The purpose of this study is to assess if adding LY3537982 (olomorasib) in combination with standard of care anti-cancer drugs is more effective than standard of care in participants with untreated advanced NSCLC. NSCLC must have a change in a gene called KRAS G12C.
  • Phase 3: a large, late-stage study
  • Which group you join is decided by chance.
