  • Any concurrent anti-cancer treatment.
  • Participants with a known severe hypersensitivity to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors or Dato-DXd.
  • Currently pregnant (confirmed with positive pregnancy test), breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.
