Recruiting PHASE1, PHASE2 Relapsed/Refractory Myeloma

New treatment option for Relapsed/Refractory Myeloma

Official title Ph I/II Trial of Cord Blood-derived NK Cells With NY-ESO-1 TCR/IL-15 for R/R Myeloma

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06066359

What this study is testing

What is Fludarabine phosphate?

Fludarabine phosphate is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for relapsed/refractory myeloma.

Also referred to as Fludarabine, Fludara®.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
To find the recommended dose of NY-ESO-1 TCR/IL-15 NK cells that can be given to patients with relapsed or refractory MM. To learn if the dose of NY-ESO-1 TCR/IL-15 NK cells found in Part A can help to control the disease.
  • Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
