ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT06022029

What this study is testing

What is ONM-501?

ONM-501 is an investigational medicine, given as an injectable medicine, being studied as a potential treatment for triple negative breast cancer.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
A phase 1, multicenter, open label, non-randomized dose escalation and dose expansion study to examine the maximum tolerated dose, (MTD), minimum effective dose (MED) and/or recommended dose for expansion (RDE) of intratumoral ONM-501 as monotherapy and in combination with a PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor in patients with advanced solid tumors and lymphomas.
  • Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
