New treatment option for Osteoarthritis, Knee
Official title A Master Protocol Study (LY900028) of Multiple Intervention-Specific-Appendices (ISAs) in Participants With Chronic Pain
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05986292
What this study is testing
What is LY3016859 ISA?
LY3016859 ISA is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for osteoarthritis, knee.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- The purpose of the chronic pain master protocol is to compare independent pain interventions and establish an overarching structure for the disease-state addenda (DSA) and intervention-specific appendices (ISAs). The ISAs may start independently of other ISAs as interventions become available for clinical testing.
- Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
A plain-language read of the study's public ClinicalTrials.gov listing. The study team confirms the details.
