Tests treatment safety and results for Locally Advanced Solid Tumor
Official title Safety and Tolerability of TNG462 in Patients With MTAP-deleted Solid Tumors
ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05732831
What this study is testing
What is TNG462?
TNG462 is an investigational medicine, given as a pill taken by mouth, being studied as a potential treatment for locally advanced solid tumor.
Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.
- What it's testing
- This is a first in human study in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors known to have an MTAP deletion. The first part of the study is an open-label, dose escalation and the second part is an open label dose expansion in specific MTAP-deleted tumor types.
- Phase 2: a mid-size study of how well it works
A plain-language read of the study's public ClinicalTrials.gov listing. The study team confirms the details.
