- Hypertension that is not well controlled with antihypertensive medication (systolic blood pressure \> 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure \>90mmHg).
- Significant bleeding symptoms or clear bleeding tendency occurred within 3 months before C1D1, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, hemorrhagic gastric ulcer, baseline fecal occult blood ++ and above, vasculitis, etc. Or...
