- Age \>18
- Able to provide informed consent
- English-speaking
- without concern for aggressive behavior

- Concern for aggression risk, including active concern for suicidal or homicidal ideations
- Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) \<15
- triage acuity requiring critical care evaluation
