Recruiting PHASE1 Head and Neck Cancer

New treatment option for Head and Neck Cancer

Official title Dosing Study of Radiation Combined With Tislelizumab and Pamiparib in Patients With Previously Treated Head and Neck Cancer

ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05526924

What this study is testing

What is Pamiparib?

Pamiparib is an investigational medicine, given as an infusion into a vein, being studied as a potential treatment for head and neck cancer.

Also referred to as BGB-290.

Plain-language explanation of the investigational treatment - it is being studied and is not an approved or proven therapy. The study team can confirm the details.

What it's testing
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and maximum tolerated dose of tislelizumab in combination with pamiparib plus chemoradiotherapy (chemotherapy and radiation) in individuals with recurrent head and neck cancer, which means that the person's cancer has come back after treatment. Participation in the study should last for about 15 months while participants receive tislelizumab and chemoradiotherapy with pamiparib.
  • Phase 1: an early, usually small safety study
  • Time commitment: about 15 months
